First Contact Real Estate Privacy Policy

Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash). Your full name may be added to your profile.

Property analysis data. Addresses you search or upload via spreadsheet, along with the property data, valuations, and AI-generated insights we retrieve and produce for those addresses.

CRM client data. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, objectives, notes, and email history you manually enter for your clients.

Reports. Property analysis reports you generate, including any PDF stored and linked to a client.

Feedback. The type, subject, and message you submit through the in-app feedback form, along with your account email so we can reply.

Subscription settings. Your plan tier (free or Pro) and trial dates used to manage access to features.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To analyze properties you request and rank investment opportunities.
• To store and display your CRM clients, reports, and email history.
• To generate AI summaries, recommendations, and CRM guidance.
• To send emails you compose through the app's email center.
• To respond to your feedback and support requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your data. To provide core features, we share the minimum data necessary with these processors:

• RentCast — receives property addresses to return public property records, valuations, rent estimates, and comparable listings.
• AI / Large Language Model providers — receive anonymized property and client context to generate analyses, recommendations, and CRM suggestions. No data is used to train their models.
• Email delivery — used to send feedback replies and emails you compose; recipients and content are determined by you.
• Authentication provider — manages login sessions and, if you choose Google sign-in, verifies your identity.

Each processor is governed by its own privacy policy, which governs how they handle data once received.

Your data is stored securely on the Service's backend infrastructure. Row-level access controls ensure each user can only access their own property analyses, clients, reports, feedback, and settings. Sensitive AI and email operations run server-side so your integration credentials are never exposed to the browser.

While we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual property analyses, clients, reports, or feedback at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your associated data, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of these actions can be performed directly in the app (editing your profile, deleting records). For account deletion, use the option in Settings. For any other request, contact us using the details below.

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is hosted and operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, and you consent to that transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
