First Contact Real Estate Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it current.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own real estate investment and client-management purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute access to the Service without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national law.
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Service, its data, or its underlying systems.
• Submit addresses or data you do not have the right to analyze or share.
• Use client contact information entered into the CRM in violation of applicable privacy or anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM and any consent requirements.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Reproduce or redistribute AI-generated analyses, recommendations, or reports in a way that implies they are professional legal, tax, or appraisal advice.

The Service offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid Pro subscription. By starting a trial or paid plan, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of upgrade. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the platform's payment provider and will continue until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, and any change applies only to future billing periods.

"Content" means any addresses, property lists, client information, notes, reports, and feedback you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content, and for obtaining any consents needed to store or contact the individuals you add to the CRM.

The Service, its design, branding, software, AI-generated analysis formats, and all related materials are owned by First Contact Real Estate and protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. © 2026 First Contact Real Estate. All rights reserved. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. "First Contact Real Estate" and related marks are trademarks of First Contact Real Estate. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Property analyses, recommendations, valuations, and CRM suggestions produced by the Service are generated by automated models using third-party data sources and AI providers. This output is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or appraisal advice. You must independently verify property data, valuations, ownership, and any client information before acting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content or data returned by third-party providers such as RentCast.

The Service integrates with third-party data and AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and your use of their information is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Contact Real Estate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Contact Real Estate and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service, including misuse of client contact data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will retain your data only as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which First Contact Real Estate operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
